With digital terrain models from HiRISE (High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment) GeoBoxers created a piece of the Hale Crater in Minecraft. The Hale Crater is one of the places where NASA found evidence that liquid water flows on Mars.

In the Minecraft version of the Hale Crater height is scaled by 0.55, horizontally the scale is 1:1.
